This one is a little out of date, but it is the most important marketing book I’ve read as far as I’m concerned. You’ll find that 80/20 is the gold standard for sales and marketing books. They go into great detail on what to do, and how to do it.
It’s a book that you should read all the way through, but if you can’t afford it, you can look at the 8020 website and buy the hard copy for $25. It will be in hard copy format.

Another great book is our 80/20 book, which covers the whole idea of sales and marketing with focus on the 80/20 rule. This book covers 80/20 of all aspects of sales and marketing as it applies to any field. It covers all aspects of selling with the goal of increasing revenue. It’s a hard read, and you’ll need to do a few rereads to find the good stuff.
Great sales books are ones that take the time to be thorough and comprehensive. They look at everything from the way you approach the sales process, to the way you present your product, to your sales strategy, and even the way you measure your results. 80/20 covers all of this and more in a way that is easy to understand, but also does a great job of explaining the science behind it.
8020 is a great read that will give you a sense of the science behind it. It is much more thorough than you might expect. It looks at the different ways you can increase sales and how to do it effectively, which might not be obvious to you.
8020 covers 80% of the information in your marketing plan. It looks at “what you’ve done with your time, what you’ve done with your money, how you marketed, and how you did it.” It also looks at how you did it and how you can do it better in the future.
8020 covers so much, it might be hard to find the time to read, but it is a fantastic read. 8020 might just be the most thorough marketing plan ever written, and I hope you enjoy it.
