Disneyland is a theme park in Anaheim, California. It’s owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company. Created in 1955, the theme park is the first of several Disney parks outside the United States. The term Disneyland comes from Walt’s personal vision of a fully-functioning model city that combined his many interests and a play on words related to his hometown Marceline, Missouri. Disneyland aaa was named one of the top ten most visited attractions in America by Forbes Magazine, with an estimated 16.5 million visitors every year. Although never finished because of a disagreement with the studio, it formed the basis for what would eventually become Disneyland!
