Favourite bozeman cinema picks
Bozeman is taking leaps and bounds to becoming a vibrant arts town. There are tons of art galleries, eclectic shops, and now our first cinema.
There are so many movies that it’s hard to narrow them down-suffice to say there is something for everyone.
This week the cinema bozeman debuted after four long years of renovation.
Along with the opening came four nights of celebration-pastries donated by Bakery Nouveau, wine donated by Gallatin Vineyards, champagne donated by Bertolli Selections’ Peppermill Winery, and chocolate donated by Rogue Creamery’s New York Supermarket–chocolate sculptures created by local artist Michael Martens were on display throughout the evening.
The cinema’s original owner, Greg Copeland, had this to say about the cinema’s opening “We’ve broken ground on so much stuff in this town. But we never said ‘OK, let’s go downtown and build a movie theater.’
But now we can. It’s nice to have a place where people can enjoy a glass of wine or beer and watch a movie.”
There are two theaters at the Cinema:
The Main, which holds around 115 people and has surround sound for both music and movies.
The second is called the Bozeman Picturehouse which holds 40 people with a three foot projector screen that is surrounded by a wall of speakers.
Some of the favourite Bozeman Cinema’s :
1. The Hangover Part III –
This is quite possibly the best third installment in any series. It uses all the best parts of the original and adds a new twist to make it our favorite finale yet!
We recommend it for anyone you love! The only problem with this movie is that you’ll forget all about why you loved these characters in the first place because of how funny it is!
Combining comedy, action, horror, and sci-fi, this movie stands out as one that will be talked about for years to come. -Christopher B.

7. The End Of The Tour-
The book, “Infinite Jest” is one of our favorites and we were really excited to learn that there was going to be a movie coming out about David Foster Wallace and the book.
This movie stars Jason Segel as David Foster Wallace and Jesse Eisenberg as David Lipsky (the journalist who interviews Wallace for Rolling Stone ).
It’s great because we get to see both sides of the story and it allows us to get a better understanding of who Wallace was as a person, which is something he never did in real life (he was very private). -Megan S.
8. The Godfather Part II-
This movie was amazing! It was very suspenseful and it showed us how the mafia worked back in the day.

9. Spirited Away-
Probably one of our favorite movies ever made on a family-friendly level! The animation is so beautiful and the story was so engaging!

This is our favorite movie on Netflix right now and we think everyone should see it! It’s based on the book “12 Years a Slave” by Solomon Northup (who was actually played by Chiwetel Ejiofor in the movie).
