  • Why it’s important to get in shape

The first step to getting in shape is figuring out what you want. Do you want to be healthier? Do you want more energy? Are you trying to lose weight or gain muscle mass? Once these questions are answered, the next step is setting a goal. Without a goal, it’s easy for motivation and determination to falter. You’ll know exactly what your goals are and how close they are at all times with SMART Goals:

Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound.

It’s a common misconception that you can’t lose weight by working out and eating healthy. Truth is, most people need to exercise more often in order to get the results they want. It’s not just about going for a run or lifting weights; there are many ways to stay active throughout your day! We’ll be talking about some of these methods so you know how to start shaping up today.

  • The benefits of exercise

I often hear people say that they are too busy with work and family to exercise. They may think it’s a luxury or not worth the time. I’m here to tell you that this is just not true! Exercise has been proven to help reduce stress, improve your mood, relieve chronic pain, strengthen bones and muscles, increase flexibility, improve sleep quality and promote mental health. It also helps regulate blood sugar levels for those who have diabetes as well as decrease cholesterol levels in adults with high cholesterol. If any of these benefits seem like something you want more of in your life then please read on because I am going to give you some information about how easy it can be!

  • What are the best exercises for women

I am a woman and I do not know what the best exercises for me are. There is so much information out there that it can be overwhelming to find out what will work for my body type, fitness level, time availability, etc. That’s why I created this blog post with some of the most popular workouts for women!

Women have different fitness needs than men. They should focus on exercises that target the muscles in their upper body and core, while also incorporating lower-body strength training. Women need to be careful not to do too much weightlifting, since it puts more stress on their joints than other types of exercise.

Here are a few great exercises for women:

The plank ,Push ups from your toes or knees ,Squats with weights (start with 5 lbs)

  • How much time should you work out each day/week

The number of hours you should workout a day or week is dependent on your fitness level, age and activity levels. The goal is to achieve the best balance between quality workouts and rest time.  For example, if you’re just starting out with exercise it might be better for you to work out three days a week instead of five. If you are an elite athlete then working out six days a week may be more appropriate for your physical needs.

It is important to find a workout schedule that fits your lifestyle and goals. There are many different opinions on how much time you should spend working out each day or week, but most professionals agree that the average person should work out 3-5 days per week for 30 minutes to an hour depending on their fitness level with at least one rest day in between.
