The blog also provides you with straightforward guidelines and helpful tips to make your life easier. The team is led by Judith Wright, PhD., a licensed clinical psychologist who has been in the field for over 20 years.
This is a blog about practical but very powerful ways to grow your happiness. The blog posts are designed for people who want more than an intellectual understanding of the topic, and include tips or exercises that can be used in everyday life. The goal is to provide helpful tools while also entertaining readers with enjoyable stories. The site has been growing steadily since it was founded in 2007 by Holly Robinson Peete, award-winning actress, star of NBC’s “Jesse Stone: Innocents Lost” series and best selling author (with coauthor Rick Ellis). The website’s name reflects her desire to help others “coach themselves” on how they live their lives day-to-day.”
Founder of The Coach Next Door
Brady is the founder of The Coach Next Door, and he has helped many people find success.
He graduated from Boston College with a Bachelors in Communication. He later received his Masters degree from The University of Southern California in Mass Communications. Brady’s career as a coach began after graduating college when he volunteered at The Children’s Center for The Visually Impaired on weekends while working nine-to-five during the week developing marketing campaigns for an international security company. This experience started to open up his eyes to how we are wired differently and what makes us all special instead of trying to be like someone else or emulate our parents too much. After a while it finally clicked that coaching was something he wanted to do.

The blog also gives straightforward guidelines and helpful tips so that each person can be happy from day one.”
Principle behind this program
The core principle behind this program is “what we resist persists” which means if you have an area in your life where things are not going well, you have to face it and overcome the problem. The goal of this course is for participants to be able to identify their values, explore what makes them happy, live intentionally each day, connect with others in meaningful ways and relate more easily with themselves.
