Sportsman was a normal guy: he loved baseball and had an affinity for hunting and other outdoor activities. The only thing that set him apart from others his age was his love for crime-solving fiction. But that all changed one fateful day when Sportsman’s mother received a phone call informing her that her son had been captured by an unknown serial killer. What should sportsman consider when hunting from a boat ? It was a Friday night and Sportsman’s parents, who had recently divorced, were going out for dinner and a movie.
Besides the obvious suggestion that he spend the night at his father’s house for both dinner and a movie (a suggestion which Sportsman declined), nothing much else was said about where he should go. It was not until Sportsman got home after doing a bit of homework that he discovered that his father had completely forgotten about him. Now, in spite of this, Sportsman could have attempted to call his father on the telephone or have gone over to his house – the latter of which would have been somewhat troublesome because Sportsman did not carry any money with him.
This Story Behind Sportsman Will Haunt You Forever :
1. A taste for the macabre
What should sportsman consider when hunting from a boat? It was a Friday night and Sportsman’s parents, who had recently divorced, were going out for dinner and a movie.
2. A taste for the weird
3. The power of location
It was Friday night, which means it was time for dinner and a movie. Normally that would mean spending time at his father’s house, but since his father had completely forgotten to mention where dinner would be eaten at, Sportsman decided to go out – where else? – to a restaurant. While deciding on dinner, Sportsman quickly stopped by a dollar store and purchased a bottle of soda – the only thing he could think of that could possibly pass as dinner in his case. He also grabbed some popcorn because he figured a movie would not be enough company for him so late at night.
4. The powers of determination
Sportsman was going to miss out on being at his father’s house because he himself had completely forgotten about the dinner. Now what to do? He could go to his school and get some friends together, but that would be terribly boring. He could try and talk his way into a chance meeting with someone by acting a little bit strange, but that would require him spending an evening alone. Sportsman was not one to enjoy being alone, so what was he supposed to do? It was very late at night and Sportsman decided to go out for a walk – not just any walk, but a stroll in the park. The park was not far from his home and he decided to take a walk just to see what was there.
5. The power of deduction
During those walks, Sportsman would often ponder the mystery that had captured his imagination: why were there so many serial killers in the world? He was always in awe of how serial killers used their powers of deduction to catch their victims. They also still managed to keep a sense of humor even when they got an earful from Judge Judy. The man was just too funny for words. He loved to yell and scream at people who were clearly guilty of the crimes they were charged with, but most of all he loved to make references that nobody understood. Sportsman did not know what others thought about the man, but for him he was one of the funniest people he had ever seen.
6. A taste for comedy
Sportsmen always wondered how other people enjoyed themselves so much when watching movies that made absolutely no sense whatsoever. Sportsmen liked to watch those kinds of movies because they would often leave him in stitches of laughter even though they had no apparent humor in them at all.
