Disneyland is a theme park in Anaheim, California. It’s owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company. Created in 1955, the theme park is the first of several Disney parks outside the United States. The term Disneyland comes from Walt’s personal vision of a fully-functioning model city that combined his many interests and a play on words related to his hometown Marceline, Missouri.
